6. The whole machine adopts PLC control, a color touch screen and servo motors, making it simple and convenient to operate.

    1. Filling Features

    ① Adopting two heads to fill liquid simultaneously on conveyor line, the filling efficiency can reach 2,000 pcs/hour.
    ② Multi-color filling is available, with 1 to 4 colors all applicable. It can fill liquid automatically according to the patterns designed by customers, without being restricted by colors or shapes.
    ③ The viscosity of the filling liquid can exceed 40,000 mpas, and the density of the sponge surface can exceed 50 kg/m³, which greatly solves the limitations of design ingredients.
    ④ The filling liner adopts ceramic pumps. While ensuring easy cleaning, it also guarantees the filling accuracy in the long term, with the error controllable within the range of 0.2g

    2. Conveying Method

    The  circular rail belt conveying method is adopted. While ensuring the coherence of 12 working stations, its operation position  also guaranteed the accuracy between pallet and filling head, which the error controllable within ±0.05 mm. This ensures the central position of the filling heads, so that after the middle ring is pressed, the liquid will not overflow. It has greatly improved the previous situation of a high defective rate, and the qualification rate is as high as 99%

    3. Automatic assembled cosmetic case unloading Device

    On the premise of ensuring that there are no defects such as damage to the inner liner and scratches, the gripper is used to automatically pick out the assembled cosmetic case from the trays on the conveyor line and put them onto the adjacent  belt conveyor, so as to facilitate the operation of the next packaging station. This has greatly reduced the time and cost of manual unload case.

    The fully automatic  labeling with two heads simultaneously is adopted. While ensuring that the labeling accuracy can be controlled within 0.5 mm, it also improves the production capacity and reduces the labor cost.
