APPLICATION

During the research and development process of this equipment, iterative upgrades have been carried out. Based on the two-head air cushion BB cream filling machine (model No.: HRD-GZQD-200), the conveying method has been modified from circular rail belt conveyor to the linear chain slat conveyor. Structurally, it is simpler in design; in terms of material usage, it is more economical; in terms of equipment space, it is more compact; and in terms of price, it is cheaper. However, compared with the equipment with the circular rail belt conveyor (model No.: HRD-GZQD-200), this equipment is easy to loosen and requires irregular adjustment and maintenance.
