It can complete functions such as automatic feeding, bag making, metering, filling, sealing, printing batch numbers, cutting tear notches, transverse cutting, multi-channel weighing, filling feedback, rejecting defective products, deviation adjustment, incline lifting, merging and turning, collective conveying, bag replenishment for empty positions, folding instruction manuals, unfolding and forming cartons, rolling batch numbers, orderly arranging single-layer or double-layer small bags and putting instruction manuals into cartons, sealing carton lids, weighing finished products after boxing, rejecting products with excessive deviations, and outputting qualified finished products.

1.The entire system is controlled by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and a human-machine interface. By setting different operating parameters on the human-machine interface, the PLC can output the optimally matched control programs, making the operation convenient and easy.

2.The power of each mechanism along the whole line is driven by servo motors. The speeds of each action section are set to the optimal state, ensuring stable, reliable operation with low noise.

3.Sensors such as photoelectric sensors, optical sensors, far-infrared sensors, and electromagnetic induction sensors are used to detect the running status of the whole line, enabling tracking, positioning, automatic adjustment and compensation, as well as alarm prompts.

4.A laser coding machine can be configured to print batch numbers in columns on the packaging materials.

5.The multi-channel small-bag weighing inspection, filling feedback, defective product rejection, deviation adjustment, and the bag arranging process gradually merge, turn for conveyance, replenish bags in empty positions, and can be arranged in single or double layers before putting the instruction manuals into the boxes.

6.The whole line is controlled by an overall program, with internal and external linkage. It has a compact structure, occupies a small floor area, requires few workers, has low labor intensity, and high production efficiency.

7.It can be connected with subsequent 3D wrapping, supervision code application, laser scanning and coding, labeling, and packing and palletizing processes to achieve fully automated production along the whole line.
