Guangzhou Haoruide Chuangsi Precision Technology Co., Ltd. has developed an automated filling machine that adopts advanced sensor technology and a precision loop track control system. The feature of this equipment is that the sensor monitors in real time parameters such as the stop and go position of the workstation and the pressure, ensuring the filling quantity is accurate. The whole process uses dual servo motors and parameters implanted by PLC functions to avoid uneven product weight. The production capacity can reach 2,600 to 3,000 pieces per hour, the filling accuracy is ± 0.3g, and the viscosity of the filling liquid can be as high as 30,000mpas. Driven by the servo motor, the filling head can accurately position and control the speed, improving the production efficiency.

In terms of the operation process, the automated equipment has achieved full-process automation from material conveying, filling, labeling to capping. The number of manual operators has been reduced from 12 to 3 or 5, reducing labor costs. At the same time, the equipment also supports a variety of packaging specifications and can quickly switch to adapt to cushion containers of different sizes, meeting diverse production needs and brand design requirements, and is widely used in major cosmetics production enterprises.

In terms of operation convenience, the designer has fully considered the convenience factor. A human-machine interface has been designed. Operators only need to be trained once and can immediately start to operate and adjust the operation parameters of each workstation. They can achieve the desired operation parameters just by touching and clicking with their fingers. The whole equipment only has manual operation workstations for placing  the inner ring. It is simple and easy to operate and does not require technical guidance. It only takes 30 minutes for an operator to go from being unfamiliar to being proficient.

This equipment empowers factory production and improves production efficiency, increasing the daily output from the current 10,000 pieces to 30,000 pieces. The defect rate has been reduced from 20% to 0.1%, and the product repair rate is low, truly achieving manufacturing automation.
