When filling the sponge, it had poor fluidity and couldn't fully penetrate, resulting in a large amount of liquid piling up on the sponge surface. During the capping process, a great deal of liquid overflowed, generating numerous defective products, and it was very difficult to boost the production efficiency.

● For this project, the customer required minimizing manual operations, with three-color filling, and the production volume needed to reach 3,000 pcs per hour. Through the research and development and improvement by our technical team, we achieved the R & D and design of an online automatic labeling system, an automatic three-color filling system, and an automatic capping device, truly realizing the effect of reducing staff and increasing efficiency.

● The Indian customer had limited budgets for purchasing equipment and restricted operating areas for placing the equipment. Therefore, we modified the existing circular-rail conveyor system into a linear chain-plate conveyor, which fully met the customers' requirements and successfully fulfilled their demands for cost-effectiveness.
